Located a convenient 10 minute walk from the Mullins Cabin, Paws Awhile Pet Grooming makes you feel welcome the instant you step in the door, and offers excellent dog grooming services at a great price.

I’ve been taking my medium-sized dog to a chain-store groomer for years and have never really been satisfied; each appointment seems to cost more than the previous one, and I felt like I was leaving my dog there all day even though I had made an early morning appointment. On the couple of occasions I branched out to a smaller facility, I found the price was simply too high for the quality of work.

That certainly is not the case at Paws Awhile Dog Grooming.

My appointment was set for 7am with the licensed and certified owner, Laura Kuebler, and by 9am my dog was done; with a bandana around her neck to boot. Her haircut was immaculate and her fur was as soft as ever.

For an incredibly affordable $35, my dog was bathed, her hair was cut and blown out, her nails were trimmed, and her anal glands were massaged.

I am so pleased with the results that I am seriously tempted to drive from the Bay Area to Twain Harte twice a month just to get my dog groomed. Paws Awhile Pet Grooming is just that good!
